Disable Group Policy Objects (Windows 2000/XP)

This setting is used to disable the use of group policy objects on the local computer.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'DisableGPO' using the settings below.

Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.

Value: (0 = default, 1 = disable group policy)
